The feasibility study is intended to verify if a component or assembly is feasible from a technical point of view, and to be certain that pre-assigned cost objectives can be met. We can quickly identify any critical issues pertaining to a product, propose corrective actions, and provide a reliable estimate of the cost of the particular item (bom).

In the engineering phase, MOTOR APPLIANCES studies the best solutions for the mass production of the prototypes that comply the customer specifications.

Cooperating with our best suppliers-partners in automation sector we fine tune the productive processes in order to reach the required productivity , quality and cost targets.

 

The target of this phase is to verify the project from a structural, functional, aesthetic, ergonomic and performance point of view. This allows the detection of anomalies and to take corrective actions necessary to the project. Through the support of external partnerships we are able to provide our customers with functional prototypes that allow to validate the specifications and the required targets.

Laboratory tests are intended to validate the design and in particular the results obtained from the virtual simulations. if the customer requires certification, Motor Appliances will provide it through the support of specific institutes as vde, imq. WE ARE EQUIPPED WITH APPROPRIATE INSTRUMENTS THAT ALLOW US TO PERFORM TESTS SUCH AS:

• Temperature and humidity controlled test 
• Performance test on gas kitchens
• Energy and water consumption test on appliances
• Spin efficiency test on washing machine
